Volunteer Service

Volunteers make a world of difference! When we speak of giving, we usually mean money. But it is important to recognize that there are other – often more precious – forms of giving. Consider giving a little of your time, talents and enthusiasm to the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County.

Volunteer applications are required from each volunteer; waivers are required for each event; background checks are conducted at the Foundation’s discretion, and will usually concern volunteer opportunities which involve working with children.

Volunteer Opportunities

Central San Diego Parent Support Group and Child Expressive Arts Program
This group is designed to provide parents and caregivers of children the time to connect with each other, become educated on issues regarding epilepsy and receive support, resources and referrals through the Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County.

3rd Wednesday of each month from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
